Y4RED (Youths for Rural Education and Job Creation Initiative ) is a registered, youth-led, non-profit organization working to improve learning outcomes and employability for underserved children and young people through evidence-based education and skills programs.
02. What problem does Y4RED address?

Y4RED addresses early learning gaps, low literacy levels, limited digital access, and youth unemployment, particularly among rural and marginalized populations
03. What are Y4RED’s core programs?

Our current programs include:
• Early Childhood Education (Ages 0–5): Strengthening early learning and school readiness in rural communities
• Foundational Literacy: Improving reading and comprehension outcomes for primary-age learners
• Digital Literacy: Building essential digital skills for school-age children
• Youth Skills Development (NEET Youth): Supporting employable and life skills for youth not in education, employment, or training
