Number of Admissions Per Pathway

5 participants per pathway in a cohort.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be African and live in Africa, between 15 and 30 years old or be a student in senior secondary education or higher institution.

Available Pathways: This bootcamp has four pathways

Education and Research

This pathway is for people interested in academia and research. The quality of research in our universities is dwindling, and almost no resources are available to young Nigerians in Nigerian institutions. So, we have developed this pathway to enable those genuinely interested in academic research to learn how to ethically carry out quality research. It will also teach them the role of data in business and community development.

Sustainable Community Development

This pathway is designed for people interested in developing or enhancing their civic mindset. In this pathway, we explore how to equip young individuals with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to become active contributors to sustainable community development in their regions. The curriculum is structured around three core modules: Community Development, Sustainable Livelihoods, and Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship / IT

This pathway aims to empower young individuals with essential skills and knowledge to start and grow their own businesses. The curriculum will cover various aspects of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, marketing, branding, financials, customer service, ethics, professionalism, presentation skills, and business model development.

Politics and Leadership

This pathway aims to provide young individuals with a comprehensive understanding of politics and leadership, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders in their communities. The program will cover various aspects of politics, governance, leadership styles, communication skills, and ethical decision-making.
