We address the challenge of NEET youths by delivering tailored mentorship and practical skills training to young people aged 15–32 in rural communities. Through hands-on learning in agriculture, fashion, plumbing, and other vocational trades, we equip participants with market-relevant skills. Our approach supports pathways into self-employment, entrepreneurship, and decent work, enabling youths to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute to local economic development.
